Week 4 Update

Well well well... Where to begin. Last week ( week 3) was a really busy week for me, I had work plus I needed to move into a new place..so I didn't get a chance to post a blog update, I still did all my work outs but I think i was slacking on the cardio. Week 4 a bit tuff due to the fact that ball push ups hurt my hands but i pulled threw alright ;) I have cheated on my work outs on the last couple saturdays but i have made up on sunday mornings, lots of partying enough said.. lol. I have started taking multi-mineral vitamins and "100 mg DHA Fish oil" due to Linc Campbell post ;) other then that.. were moving right along very well. Just a reminder to everyone tommorow starts the week that we need to up the intensity cardio by x1. Anywho we are almost there sort of...! Keep up the good work.

Week 2 Complete

It is time for an update guys! It's the end of the second week. I noticed Arnel definatly upped the notch on this week, I learned I hate dive bombers for some reason they give me such hard time but I am complety excited about this program, I can't really describe it... I see it as even if i don't get ripping abs like Arnel's (but i hope i do) Im just glad this has made me so much more active more energy more sore! Today @ 6pm (Feb 03, 2008) I weighed in at 162!!! In the past 2 weeks I have burned 6lbs of fat!!! I personaly think i can do much better if the weather cooperated a bit I want to go do some sprints but it's just to cold and rainy for that so im stuck doing indoor cardio, wich im going to have to find diffrent alternative since I think im getting used to the one im currently doing, its getting easyer. Anywho good luck to all!

Week 1 Complete

Week one has been completed, all I can say is.. Wow... Intense. I have been stiking with it preaty well considering how busy I am monday-sat. The first 3 days I was very sore but these last couple days I have been ok. As far as progress.. Im VERY excited I have gone to people I dont see everyday and I was told they can see a diffrence already!! Its small but at least I know Im doing something right. To further show I have been improving I weighted myself today @ 5:30pm pacific I weighed in at 164! Last Sunday I was 168 I lost 4 lbs already. I was going to take pictures today, but I have decided to change it to very other week. Anywho, have a great week ill give you guys another update with pictures next sunday!

Jan 21, 2008

First day of the 16 week challenge today! Woke up at at 3am, started work @5am-3:30 (Im also motivated to pay off my car!), Soon after I arrived home I got down to buisness. I basicly followed week 1 video, and boy it was harder then I thought it was going to be. I am thinking I am needing to get rid of my belly fat so I went and did cardio too (jog for 3min sprint 1min)x3. I am thinking I will try my hardest to do cardio everyday but work out everyother, we will see how that goes. Im a bit worried about the 5 or 6 small meals since im at work a lot I wont have the luxurie to eat meals, but ill think of something. Anywho Good luck to me I can see I will need it.
